"Renovation during COVID-19 could have been an absolute nightmare. Not only was commencement delayed, the entire duration was also prolonged due to labour and material shortages.
Luckily, Andre took care of everything. He made it his responsibility to ensure materials were delivered as soon as possible and workers were on-site making steady progress. We were one of a plethora of projects he had to manage concurrently but he made sure we were well taken care of through the entire process. Since we had a little one on our hands, this proved invaluable.
Workmanship was great value. We were particularly impressed by the carpentry and plastering work which ensured that our 5-room BTO had a polished look. As for the design, Andre was very accommodating and did his best to bring our vision to life. The render / as-built comparisons for the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and walk-in wardrobe show just how close the finished product was to the design intent.
Furthermore, Andre was very flexible and creative. Arches and recesses are consistent features of our home and it was great that Andre worked closely with us to find practical methods to implement them.
When there were problems and mistakes, as there will inevitably be, Andre stepped up to fix them promptly. There was no shirking of responsibility or finger pointing.
He just made sure the job was done and done well.
Finally, post-handover service is also excellent. We've had minor issues since moving in but Andre has been very generous with his time and energy to resolve this for us.
In short, I'd wholeheartedly recommend Andre to anyone looking for a good ID.

"After seeing a few IDs, we decided to go with Andre!
At our first meeting, we were blown away by the long informative session which showed his experience in handling renovation and design projects and how he stay updated with the trends in interior design.
Andre was patient in understanding what we wanted and helped us to visualize our design and space planning with the 3D drawings over and beyond the carpentry works. He was responsive to our queries and feedback and suggested colour, furnitures, sink, doors and wardrobe design ideas to fit our theme. Even though the project was caught in the midst of CB, he ensured that our materials (tiles/carpentries) are ready and continue to engage and prepare us on what to come next.
Andre also worked well with the plumbers, tilers and electricians. He is able to mobilise them in short notice for rectification!
